Welcome to the Events Office

The Rutgers-Camden Events Office is the central reservation office for all non-academic events. Additionally, we are a service department that will plan, produce and manage impeccable events for you as we extend the Chancellor’s standard of hospitality throughout the Camden Campus. Our clients include the Chancellor’s Office and its related administrative units, the deans, faculty, students, alumni and staff. We welcome clients from our surrounding neighborhoods in the City of Camden all the way to international academic colleagues—and everyone in between.


Upcoming Campus Events

The Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey is sponsoring a debate among candidates for Camden City mayor. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the debate begins at noon. Visit the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey website for additional information. 

Transfer applicants for fall 2017 can register for their instant decision appointment and learn if they have been accepted. You must complete an undergraduate application at least 48 hours before the instant decision appointment and submit the application fee. Learn more about Transfer Instant Decision Day.
