Virtual events and meetings have become a large part of our lives. The situation we are currently in provides unique challenges to communicate ideas, shared experiences and camaraderie. It is imperative that all gatherings (meetings, events, forums, town halls) be accessible to those who are physically on campus and those working remotely.  Accessibility and equity should always guide your planning so that all members of the Rutgers—Camden community can remain engaged and involved.

The Events Office Can Help You
 

Work with the Events Office to:

  • Arrange RCIT support for high-profile, complex virtual events.

  • Coordinate support services with other campus departments.

  • Make sure your event does not overlap with other important campus events or meetings.

  • Reserve space and create room layouts that promote social distancing for mission-critical, in-person activities.

  • Promote your event

  • Create your event or meeting registration site

How You Can Help Yourself
 

Non-student groups who are planning routine virtual meetings and are not in need of physical space, catering or technical support are encouraged to create their own meetings. Visit here for more information on available technology.
