If your shuttle request is one part of a larger event (one that may involve room reservations, catering, technical support, or any other services that should be requested through the Events Office) then please email email@example.com. We ask that inquiries are made at least two weeks in advance of your expected travel date. Response to transportation requests may take up to three business days. You will communicate solely with members of the Events Team about all aspects of your event—including transportation. All confirmations and your final invoice will come from the Events Office.
